Area Manager for National Janitorial Company

This is a part time position. We are looking for an area manager to supervise local janitorial crews in the Albany area. We are a national janitorial company specializing in overnight cleaning of movie theaters, restaurants, and hotels. Duties include hiring and supervising janitorial workers, quality control visits to local accounts, and a small amount of administrative work. You must be professional in both appearance and communication, you must be able to problem solve quickly and efficiently, and you must manage subordinates well. Both janitorial and management experience is helpful. Bilingual candidates preferred but not required. Please e-mail experience and qualifications. Position is available immediately.

Location: Albany Area Compensation: Compensation is based on number of accounts. Currently we have three in the area. A managers full load is typically 12-15 accounts. This is a part-time job.
