Principle ($418.93) the interest ($20.65) every month totals ($439.58) + 5% of all profit every quarter in the first year, the 10% the second year.
This means your payment is like a investor/loan plus shareholder for 2 year. Your investment will be paid back within 1 year (principle and interest). And you will receive 5% of profit per quarter the first year then 10% the second year.
