A Research Assistant in the Cancer Clinical Research Unit/ Community Clinical Oncology Program (CCRU/CCOP) is needed to assist with:
Processing and shipping items, e.g. blood, pathology samples, radiology media.
Maintaining study regulatory files that include CVs, licenses, correspondence, protocols, safety reports, informed consent forms etc.
Answering the phone, directing messages and assisting with potential phone screens.
Timely adverse events/safety reports and protocol amendment submissions, consent form revisions, to the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and research bases.
Supporting study coordinator case report form (CRF) completion including remote data entry.
Ordering study supplies.
Archiving study documents.
Assisting or distributing newsletters, Cancer Booklet, lab slips/kits and mail.
Miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
