Location: Seattle Childrens Research Institute, 9th and Stewart

The Center for Childhood Infections & Prematurity Research at Seattle Childrens has a current opening for a Grants & Contracts Manager position. This individual would be responsible for managing grant and contract proposal preparation, fiscal process review and budget development, post-award account setup, effort management, closeout and reporting oversight, and maintenance of grant management tracking systems. Will serve as a liaison between the Center Business Manager, Principal Investigators (PIs) fiscal and administrative support personnel, clinical research staff, and internal and extramural sponsors.

Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or related field
- At least five (5) years administrative/management experience
- Experience managing federal and non-federal grant application/award processes

Preferred:
- Familiarity with Seattle Childrens and UW fiscal processes and systems
- Supervisory experience
