The Port Gamble SKlallam Tribe is seeking an Information Data Specialist to work in the Natural Resources Department.
This position is focused on establishing and maintaining the Tribe’s EPA Exchange Network Node program while maintaining and managing our research and monitoring data. This position will also assist in various research and monitoring projects associated with priority data sources. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences and at least one year of experience working as a biologist, researching/monitoring, and/or data management. A master’s degree may be substituted for one year experience. A Washington State driver’s license, an extensive knowledge of databases, and advanced capability in Access, Word, and Excel are required. An experienced, licensed scuba diver is highly desired.
