Full-time research technician position as part of a federally-funded project at UT Southwestern Medical Center. The ideal applicant will have previous lab experience with bacterial culture and the following molecular biology techniques: PCR, restriction digests, and ligations. Familiarity with interpreting DNA sequencing results is also desirable. Experience with yeast culture is advantageous, but not required.
