You love to hear your daddy tell you that you are his favorite, the prettiest, the smartest. You love the way he takes you to fun places, lets you have the sweetest treats, and gives you the gentlest goodnight kisses after helping you say your prayers. You look forward to special quiet moments at night when you are alone with him, the center of his attention. It feels so safe to be nestled in his arms, sitting in his lap, your head on his chest. You feel so good when you are with him. And you are happy, because you know how good you make him feel. You can tell because of how he looks at you and the things that he whispers in your ear for only you to hear. You would do anything for him. But you understand that there are rules, and that when you dont follow them he has to discipline you, for your own good.
