Craftsman hinge mortise template model 335.2563. Set the position of up to 3 templates, clamp it to the door and route hinge mortises with your 1/2" router bit and a 5/8" template bushing. Take the whole assembly off the door and clamp it to the door jamb to route those mortises. The positions are maintained since the templates are clamped to the rail All the parts listed in the instructions are in the box.

There is a fair amount of set-up and tweaking required with this rig, so if you are going to route one door, go buy a small nail-on template. If youre going to hang a few doors, this will save you time. I bought this used to hang a door, which is done, so I am selling it now. I have no idea how old it is. It shows little or no wear but some corrosion, but nothing that interferes with function.
