This is the hoist I used for years to pull stuff up above my shop. Finally got around to insulating up there and cant use the hoist anymore. Its a Wrightway 500 pound model runs on 110 and has a good chain. The motor/gears are quiet, brake works as it should all in all seems to be in good shape. You might want to replace the remote control, it works fine but the plastic buttons are cracked. Given our litigious society I must state this equipment is for sale in "as-is" condition and should have it checked out by a certified shop.
Trades considered; maybe labor to pull a diesel out of a gm pick up
