Cap is less than 2 yrs old. Looks like new. It was on a Ford SUPERDUTY 03 with a 6 3/4 short box. It will fit 99 to current. It may fit other trucks. It has a side door on each side and the tail gate door. All locks work, This cap was bolted to the truck so no clamps are included, It has a three rack ladder rack on top.
