The Millermatic 300 is an all-in-one MIG welding package.
It has the convenience, simplicity and physical size of the Millermatic 252, but uses three-phase input power for a super-smooth arc and higher weld capacity.
o 300 amps of weld output at 60% duty cycle, can run 1/16 in. steel and flux-core wire.
o 240 amps of weld output at 100% duty cycle!!!!

Uses cast aluminum, industrial quality wire drive assembly, so its stronger and tougher, not the plastic drive that some products use. And you can change the drive rolls without tools.
- Smooth-start circuit provides smooth arc starts by controlling the amount of voltage that is initially on the wire at the beginning of welding.
- Reliable solid-state contactor
Solid-state contactor control has no mechanical parts to wear out.
