Beautiful Studio Apartment All Utilities Included Near Loyola

I have a recently renovated studio apartment available for sublet near Loyola University.

The rent is 625/mo with all utilities included. Apartment is 1 1/2-2 blocks from the beach, about one hundred feet from the redline Morse stop, one block from the Sheridan bus route and a few blocks away from the Ravenswood Metra line.Building is pet friendly (however, there is some restriction on the breed of dog). There is also a one time pet deposit of $100. RCN is the building cable provider and is pretty reasonable in price (around $60/mo depending on the package you get).

Neighbors are great; friendly and quiet. The Heartland Cafe is a few hundred feet from the building, other dining is also within a few blocks.

Looking for someone to sublet from November to August. However, if you cannot sublet the entire term of the lease that is fine, all I ask is that it be for about 6 months at the very least.
