This apartment is located in the heart of Collegetown ( 3 minute-walk to campus). We are subletting both of the bedrooms since were studying abroad in Spring 2010. This building (Center apartment) is for the more mature students. Our apartment comes with modern furniture, air conditioners and heaters in each room, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. Grand stone entrance, glamorous designer lobby, live-in superintendent, on-site staff and attended lobby. Automatic passenger elevator, intercom/buzzer system and laundry in building. Free high speed wireless internet (since we already paid). We are very neat and clean residents. Apartment is very well maintained and carpet is newly replaced.

We are looking for responsible residents, who might be transfer students, graduate students, exchange students or returning students from abroad. Lease starts from January to August. Minimum stay from January to May (welcome to stay till August). Pictures by request and the floor plan is attached.
