Hi, I am looking for a female subletter for my 1 bedroom in a 2 story 3 beds/1.5 bath townhouse in Fairview (upper Ctown, Dryden Rd). It takes about 5-10 minute walk to engineering quad, hotel, ilr, and ag quad. The rent is $650/mo (negotiable) and it includes heat & hot water, time warner basic and standard cable, high speed roadrunner internet, cooking gas, refuse removal. Only utility you are responsible is electricity which is about $13/mo. The room is very spacious and has a great view! Reserved parking spot is also available for $45/mo from the leasing office. There is private washer/dryer on the first story of townhouse for free to use. Also, there is a full kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. The house is very neat and clean and the house and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The other two housemates are both female Cornell students who are usually not around home much and even they are home, they are in their rooms studying - so very quiet and no worries about noise or privacy! You can move in anytime (immediately or from January for Spring semester sublet) and the lease ends at the end of the spring semester (at the end of May), so no worries of paying for months youre not staying in Ithaca or finding summer sublet!
