The area is a great locationCentral Park (right by the reservoir) is just a couple avenues away. VERY close to Mount Sinai Hospital!!!! 82nd Street (the MET museum). 86th street is a great location. You will find Sephora, H & M, AMC Theater, Banana Republic, HSBC, TD Bank, Bank of America, Best Buy, Staples, Barnes and Noble, Chase, Game Stop, Gourmet Garage, CVS, etc.)
Location is convenient: between the 96th & 103rd Street stops (6 line) with easy access to the 4 & 5
Bus is directly across the street for the M101, M102 & M103
Rent consists of $850 a month for the smaller bedroom (that includes heat and water.)
I have created a contract for both of us to sign…giving both you and myself logical renter’s rights.
(If you are interested in my larger room…I am willing to move into the smaller room…but the rent is $975 for the larger room! The larger room is 10X 10and is furnished.)
PLUS, you need to pay your half of the utilities (cable, electric, gas, internet, etc.)

Im asking for first months rent and a security deposit prior to moving in. $850+$200=$1700 (first month will be prorated by day if you don’t move in on the 1st!) But full security deposit is still required. Im looking for someone somewhat similar to myself...
About me: 27 year old female, professional teacher, its mostly about work during the week, but I like to relax/enjoy myself on the weekends (I dont go overboard or bring the party home with me.) I have a boyfriend. He visits every once in a while. I dog sit my boyfriends dog every once in a while. I DO NOT drink, smoke or do drugs. (Others drinking does not bother me, as long as its not excessive and wont disrupt our apartment atmosphere.) Please no smokers (I get headaches from the smell.) Im friendly and easy to get along with. Im clean and tidy but not excessive about it.
