My roommate and I are both leaving Ithaca in December and need to sublet our 2 BR apartment for the spring semester! It is the second floor of a house with off street parking and a porch and deck. It is a very nice apartment with all new appliances and the heat (which we control) is included in the rent which is $490/person. Other utilities so far have only added up to a little over $20/month or about $10/person. It is within walking distance of everything downtown and is only a 5 minute drive to IC or Cornell.
