The house is in a quiet neighborhood - 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage available for a short term lease in Texas City (West). The house was built in 2006 and is located in the South Point Subdivision by The Mall of the Mainland.
I am looking for someone to occupy the house on a short term basis (2-3 months). I prefer no pets as the fence is not completely intact. The house is in clean and in good condition - it does not come with a refrigerator. I will not do a credit check, but will need forms of identification.
The house will need to be available to be shown to prospective buyers as it is currently on the market.
