Im looking to sublet a 2/2 apartment from now until late January. The apartment is available as soon as you want it and if you want to stay, you can continue with the lease.
I love the location, it is within walking distance to downtown (less than a mile), just off of Riverside and Congress. The complex is just off of Town Lake, just 50 ft from the pool. Everyone keeps their kayaks on the bank of the lake and launches from there. Just across the street is a Thundercloud Subs, Freebirds, and Dominican Joes coffee shop.
