If you want to live on South Congress and be close to everything . . . this is a great deal! I am looking for someone to sublease my room in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. The lease runs from December 1st thru mid-April. Move in date can be negotiated.
You would have your own bathroom and huge walk in closet! The apartment is a two bedroom/two bath, has a balcony, washer/dryer, stainless steal appliances, garage parking, wood floors in kitchen. The complex has a gas grill at the pool, work center (computers, printer, ect.), and gym. Great location! A 30 second walk to the 1L/1M bus stop which goes down Congress to downtown. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so you have your own space despite having a roommate.
The rent is $675 and bills come out to about $75-100/month (will probably be less since the weather is getting cooler).
