2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom; Just 5 minutes south of downtown!

My roommate and I need to go our seperate ways and need to find replacement(s) for our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. The complex is just 5 minutes south of downtown convienently located right off Loop 1 and Southwest Parkway. The complex is The Preserve at Travis Creek, and is a great neighborhood! Our lease is through June 08, 2010, and we need to move out end of November beginning of December. The apartment has great features including a fireplace in the living room, crown molding throughout, large walk-in pantry w/ washer & dryer connections, huge balcony with lots of storage space, beautiful wood flooring in the kitchen and both bathrooms, large walk-in closets in both bedrooms!! It is right around 1700 sq feet. The floorplan is great for roommates or small families! Seeing as we need to move out soon, we are willing to pay for the application fees and part of the pet deposit if their is a pet. Please feel free to email me with any questions!
