I need someone to sublease my apartment starting after the middle of December. I have a one bedroom at Vintage Pads and it is one of the newly remodeled apartments. You can go to vintagepads.com to look at pictures of the apartments and complex. The rent of $615 includes water and $60 of electricity. I have not gone over the $60 cap yet. There was a $100 deposit I paid and it will be yours if you take over my lease. The lease is up in the middle of May after finals. I am moving out after finals in December so I will be looking for someone to move in after that and it will be free because I will have paid the rent for December.
