Concrete Floors!! Off Congress!!

Great 1 bedroom ground-level apartment in a fourplex just off of S. Congress. I am buying a house and need to sublet my apartment from December to the end of April. I am in a year lease so you will be getting a better rate, because I think that the apartment rents for $700 for a six month lease. The immediate area is great and it is right across from St. Eds college. Quiet street close to everything. Neighbors are cool and creative, so it is a really nice community feel, versus the generic cookie-cutter megaplex. Im not sure what the pet policy is, but the guy up stairs has a cool little dog, so it must be ok.

Relevant info:

- Concrete floors instead of crappy carpet.
- Designated covered parking spot.
- Central air and heat.
- Galley style kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, etc.
- Walk-in closet.
- Living area with attached area for office or dining space.
- Ill throw in a nice bbq pit/smoker in the deal for whoever rents the place.
- Landlord pays water, so all youll need to pay is electric.
- Bus stop at the end of the street.
