See image for floor plan. 600 sq. feet, with a large amount of closet/storage space (4 closets + linen closet). Per original lease contract, you must complete application and be approved by apartment community. If approved, your move-in date would be December 1st (flexibility can be arranged). You would be responsible for montly rent and utilities (electricity, sewage, water, and gas are billed directly from the apartment community and are always at reasonable rates). Pets are allowed, but you would be responsible for those deposits because I do not currently have any pets.
$700 / month rent includes covered parking space; also, the $700 / month rent is the amount you would currently pay if you leased from the community today, with the covered parking space included. Since I signed this lease, rental rates have decreased, but I would prefer to sublease rather than pay the fee to exit the lease.
This is a great community and I have enjoyed living here for the past year and a half. The community management is consistently available and works hard to fix any issues or concerns. This is a really great location with restaurants, bars, grocery store, pharmacy, dry cleaning, and West Village all within walking distance.
