The current lease expires 7/31/2010 then it would be your option to renew.The apt. has wood floors in the living area, a gas stove, laundry room is on site and you have two covered parking spaces. Maintenance is quick and efficient when called. The location is very close to downtown, between Lamar and West Lynn on 15th (Enfield). There is a 2 pet limit and pets must weigh under 40 lbs. This is a smaller, well kept complex with character and I have enjoyed living here for 3 years. Thank You
