Hi there well 1st let me tell you a little about us: We are married I am 25 white, he is 22 white, easy to get along with, dont smoke, drink socialably only, dont do drugs. I have a full time job outside of home for 1 1/2 years, he works from home watching a friends baby and keeps our 3 month old daughter. The baby does live in our room and is very good for a baby. We usually go out on the weekend so the house would be pretty much "yours". We dont want partying or guest over to all hours. Must clean up after self and keep my house clean!!
Our home: Its a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, 2 story, 2300 sqft, home phone, cable, huge dinning rm/living rm, big kitchen, washer/dryer, deep freezer, fireplace, all bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. The room does have a twin size bed you may use what we have or bring your own. Bedroom size is 12 x 10 and the walk-in closet is 6 1/2 x 6 1/2. We have a covered car port. And on Metro bus line. Ready for immediate move-in until March 2010.
We would like to meet up and hang out before move in just to get to know each other. We are asking $500 for rent for one person and $550 if there are 2. We are located at Beltway 8 and Aldine Westfield. Near Greenspoint Mall, 45 & 59 North, Humble/Spring Area. If you have children we are in the Aldine ISD and the Elementry school is right across street, with the Junior High down the street about 2 minutes away.
What were looking for: someone who doesnt do drugs, smoking ok but has to be outside only, clean, responsible, age doesnt matter, not an alcholic, no pets and doesnt mind children :) if this sounds like something your interested in please email with any further questions :) thank you.
