It will become available starting December 16, the last day of Fall Semester at Texas A&M. Its has one bedroom, a full bath and closet. A full size bed, desk, and two stackable dressers. There is a full kitchen, pantry, entertainment room, and laundry room with a washer/dryer. The complex also has a pool, lounge, computer room, and workout facility. The lease includes the next four months at $468 a month and then after that $560 a month until the end of July.
