Comfortable South East Austin Home for rent, month to month

Hi, Im renting my nice south Austin house month to month until the house sells (which I dont anticipate happening very soon due to the recession). Available immediately. Fully furnished, plenty comfortable inside. All bills paid. Great deal, renting for only about half the mortgage. The neighborhood can be a bit rowdy, but the house inside is quite peaceful. Backyard could use some work, but thats the way it goes.

Also- its B.Y.O.Television because I havent lived there since the switch to HD, and the TV wont get reception. Theres also no phone line hooked up since most people seem to use a cell phone these days anyhow.

Let me know if youre interested, and Ill show you the place. Id prefer a non-smoking female/couple without pets. Thanks for your interest.

One more thing: since the house is for sale, there will likely be a viewer now and then. Weve only had about four in two months though, and they must make an appointment with me first.
