I am looking for someone to take over my lease as early as mid-December 2009. The lease runs until July 31, 2010 and rent includes TWO parking spaces (I only pay the price for one spot!), cable tv, wireless internet throughout the building, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a microwave. The extra parking space is great when you want to have friends/family over since parking in West Campus can be a hassle. You will have to pay for water and electricity separately. There is also a gym downstairs, two tanning rooms, a swimming pool and a game room which has a pool table, ping pong table, two computers for public use, multiple big screen televisions and a copy machine. This building is only a year old and I am the only tenant that has lived here. The walk to campus varies from 5-15 minutes depending on where your classes are and the West Campus bus stop is only one street away (26th and Pearl).
The lease will be transferred to your name and the leasing office has agreed to waive any transfer fees. There is a $250 application fee which I will gladly pay for you!
