Tarrytown Apt. OFFERING DISCOUNT!

I am subletting my room in an apartment in Tarrytown, one of Austins nicest neighborhoods. I am hoping to move out as soon as possible. Because of that, I AM WILLING TO OFFER A REBATE ON THE PRORATED RENT IF SOMEBODY CAN MOVE IN BY NEXT WEEK. I am currently living with a girl named Monica. She works 4 days out of the week and sleeps at the shelter where she works, but still pays for half of everything. The apartment has wooden floors and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Again, you wouldnt even have to really share the bathroom much; even when she isnt working shes often out of town. This is a great deal for an apartment in such a nice part of town that you will have to yourself most of the time.
