Subleasing Apartment for Spring 2010

I am looking for a female individual to take over my rent in the spring while I am interning in Houston. The apartment is located in North Campus. It is a good size apartment with two bedrooms. I am leasing one room and the other room is occupied by my roommate. My roommate is a senior and is pretty laid back. There is plenty of space for two people in the apartment. The bedroom and closest are both big and you will not feel cramped.

The rent is $499.50 and utilities (water and electricity) plus internet are around $50-$60 per person. The bus stop is less than a minute walk. The bus actually runs more frequently than the West Campus bus.

The apartment would be ideal for UT and non-UT students. There is plenty of parking and the neighborhood is not crowded. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions or would like to see the place.
