I accepted a Job in another state and need somebody to take over my lease as soon as possible. I can be ready to leave my apartment as early as the 20th of November and you are free to move in anytime after that. Rent for November has already been paid, and I am willing to pay for half of December rent in order to get this moving. Great access to local dining and major highways I-35, Mopac, 620 and Toll-road 45. Round Rock school district. Now a little about the apartment itself:
