Great guesthouse with over 800 sq ft. of open loft like beautiful space! Trussed 16 ft. ceilings, All upscale granite, slate, hardwoods, hunter fans, all amenities in kitchen, pool, river access, parking, laundry, and fenced in back yard. Deck, pool, spa, and outdoor fireplace.
Hard to believe when you see it, and usually rents for more, but tenant lost job and is moving out at odd time of year, so rent is lowered until April from its usual 1500. per month!!!!!
