Looking for someone to sublet my 2/1 duplex through 7/31/10. Cute place with lots of privacy, own bark yard, garden, gas stove, central ac, and just a block and a half from epoch. Neighbors are super cool and the landlord owns several houses on the block, so if you need something, hes there!
