Recently laid off and need to cut expenses--1100 sq ft 2b/2b apt in Las Colinas with lease ending Jan. 31st Rent is $869--I received a break. Your share would be $400 plus splitting electric. In winter could be $50 ea.

Quiet, safe, clean environment. Will need own bed, I can provide lamps, tables. Rent includes washer/dryer, water, trash, DSL/basic channels (no cable). Balcony right off bedroom, ceiling fan, decent size closet. If you have items you would prefer to bring rather than store, we can discuss--there is room.

I am fiftyish, divorced, non-smoking, straight female--no pets or children. Prefer mature female looking for quiet, respectful environment. Outside smoking only, No drugs, heavy drinking, overnight guests. Very convenient to just about any where--183, 114, DFW Airport, Downtown, 635.
