Renting out my bedroom for Spring semester (January thought the end of May).
Looking for a 20 - 30 yr female to sublease my room for 5 months since I am graduating in December!
It is a beautiful 100-year-old house with all hard wood floors.
My bedroom is the only one downstairs, since my two female roommates live upstairs. My room has its own bathroom, ceiling fan, 3 large windows, and a door that leads out to the back yard.
The house has a large living room and a newly remodeled kitchen.

$550 a month, plus bills, and a deposit, which you will be paid back in May.

One of my roommates has a miniature dachshund that is very sweet, but no other pet allowed.
