Like-new condition-

This projector is in perfect condition, and this model is still a workhorse for business equipment rental companies. Similar models are going for $300+ online. My mother bought it new and used it for her business a few times, and I estimate this bulb/unit has less than 4 hours on it. Its been stored in a clean/dry basement in a non-smoking house for the past couple of years, and I just found it while cleaning things out for the estate.
