Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:

Texas Regional Sales Manager- Austin Bachelor’s Degree Required Minimum 2 years of outside sales team management experience Experience in the field of Education OR with an outside sales organization Revenue management experience and the ability to drive quantifiable results Ability to lead, coach and mentor our sales team Regional Sales Representative- Houston Bachelor’s Degree required 1 to 3 years of outside sales experience with documented success Experience in the field of Education preferred Full access to a vehicle with the ability to travel throughout the region Self motivated, outgoing initiator, enjoys working hard and achieving results Strong organization, communication, listening and problem solving skills Manager of Instruction- Houston/Dallas Bachelors Degree from a top university Top test scores: SAT: 2100+ minimum or 1400+ prior to 2005, ACT: 32+ 3 years of work experience; Management or Teaching either High School and/or SAT instruction Teach for America or Teaching Fellowship experience is highly valued Ability to identify talent, conduct trainings and develop others Entrepreneurial, organized, team oriented professional who can effectively manage and troubleshoot high stress scenarios Dedication to education and motivated by improving student performance
