Eco-luxury Brand seeks responsible managerial level team member

Prestigious Green and Organic Skincare Company and Day Spa looking for enthusiastic individual to start as front desk representative with a possibility of promotion to a full-time salaried manager position upon completion of a trial phase.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves
to interact with clients both in person and on the phone, can quickly learn by heart,
share and deliver skin care knowledge in a way that it results in increased
sales. A very important requirement is a great positive, "can do"
attitude, and a sense of dedication and responsibility. Not for
individuals who compete against their team members, yet you must be
ambitious and driven to give the best possible service in order to
maximize sales. We have a unique, amazing beauty brand and are only
looking for someone who can share our vision of pioneering natural and
organic skin care products that actually work, as well as non-invasive
anti-aging treatments, and someone who can work with others towards a
common goal. Must enjoy calling clients and establishing a professional
yet warm relationship in order to create repeat business. Must be able
to call a large database and update address and phone numbers while
encouraging the client to book in for a service or order a product. We
are looking for someone who can be very professional and attentive with
our VIP clients, including celebrities. Only looking for very
dedicated, loyal, hard-working individuals who are looking to grow with
a brand that has the most amazing clientele in the beauty industry. The
candidate should be very articulate, poised, and have the social skills
to service all our clients and intelligently access and increase the
sales. They will also need to enjoy the interaction with clients and
building relationships. This position will not be a good fit for an
individual from a very rigid corporate culture. Also, this is not for
someone who gets discouraged if not every phone call results in sales -
Perseverance and persistence without being inappropriate with the
customers is a must. The right candidate should be able to use language
that represents our high-end brand and our philosophy of serving the
clients to our best ability.



Tracie Martyn is unique luxury skincare brand consisting of proprietary,
trademarked, services and products with an unmatched press kit. We are
searching for individuals with a positive attitude, professional
demeanor, positive enthusiasm and excitement about the beauty and
fashion industry.

We are hiring for several positions, so please read carefully to let us
know which position you would like to be considered for. We will be
hiring for a front desk representative to work in our high-end skin care salon located on lower 5th Avenue close to Union Square.
We will also be hiring a freelance salesperson to represent our
brand in our very high-end luxury retail stores in New York. Both
positions will entail a great deal of phone calling for sales and
bookings, so we will be looking for candidates who are capable of
articulating and representing our brand on the phone and in person.


Responsibilities include:

-Calling clients, potentially scheduling clients, educating clients,
organizing and energizing existing clients from the data base etc...
-Acting as receptionist in the salon and doing various tasks to ensure
that the salon runs smoothly

-Representing Tracie Martyn at our high-end retail locations, by
developing new relationships with clientele to increase sales and client
databases

-Assisting and executing projects for co-founder or brand manager
-Serves as the marketing representative of the brand when speaking to
editors therefore must be very articulate and a fast learner
-Ensures exceptional customer service is provided to clients
-Must have managerial experience within high-end retail, or within the
hospitality industry -- If you do not have the experience but have the
work ethic and personality to be a key person in our customer
service/sales department you may be considered but need to stand out based on your other requirements listed here.
