Overview:

Fresh Direct currently seeks an Operations Center Supervisor to join its Operations Center. The successful candidate must be able to work mornings and one day on the weekend.
Responsibilities:
•Manages a team of up to 5 delivery drivers
•Manages a team of up to 10 call center agents
•Approves high risk interactions (large customer credits)
•Creates executive level reporting (business metrics)
•Presents progress reports daily, weekly and monthly to team and executives
•Leads and supports operational projects
Qualifications:
•Prior call center expereince required
•Prior delivery experience desired
•Directly managed people and performance
•Project management skills desired
•Basic power point skills (ability to create concise decks, balanced with text and images)
•Above average MS Excel skills (with emphasis in Pivot Tables and VLookup)
•Knowledge of business objects software desired
•Knowledge of the airclic scanning software desired
•Ability to work as part of a team and manage with minimal supervision
