Human Resources Generalist II
Associate’s Degree in Human Resources/Business/Related field and/or two years experience in human resources inclusive of payroll processing, interviewing and/or administrative support field. Experience and demonstrated computer literacy with database systems, MS Office Windows, MS Office Excel and other computer-based software. Experience and prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources preferred. Ability to provide/exhibit/demonstrate exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication skills to internal/external customers, ability to demonstrate acceptance of disabled persons; ability to work independently, be creative and demonstrate initiative, flexibility and problem-solving skills. Valid and acceptable NYS driver’s license per Agency policies, practices, procedures. Travel required. Position is full-time. Competitive wage and benefits package available.
