Job Duties:
In process inspection
Final Inspection
Process Audits
Maintain ISO 9001 system
Complete documentation
Interact with customer representatives
Requirements:
All qualified candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field and a minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Candidates who have worked in OEM or repair facilities will be considered. Previous inspection experience must include hands on inspection of machined parts, sub-assemblies using surface plate, variety of gages, CMM and similar tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as this person will serve as the point of contact for all quality questions for this facility working directly with the customer and completing all required documentation related to the quality system and product certifications. Experience in a large production machining, complex assembly or DOT/ FAA repair facility would provide a strong background for this position.
