DESCRIPTION:
We are an international boutique studio in New York and Milan seeking a design oriented architects and interior designers who are capable of producing Interior Construction Documents and Furniture Construction Documents. The position offered is for the Noho office, but interaction between studios will be required. The candidates should possess strong detailing abilities. We require a highly motivated, self-starter who is looking to grow in experience through hands-on involvement.
THERE ARE (3) POSITIONS THAT WE ARE HIRING:
Candidate 1. Designer/ Render- Preferably 3d Studiomax or FormZ inclined
Candidate 2. Project Designer- Someone who can lead a team and is extremely organized/ someone who takes a hands-on approach/ a bonus if someone has experience in neoclassical interior detailing
Candidate 3. Interior Designer- Someone who can specify/ design/ draw furniture and millwork, research and create material specifications and material boards
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR ALL POSITIONS:
good organizational skills- all positions require someone who is very detail oriented, and systematic in their methodologies
solid writing/verbal communication; fluent in English, knowledge of Italian language would be a +
a strong interest of design, furniture, and the research of materials
vectorworks / autocad proficiency, command of adobe imaging programs required
availability to begin within two weeks with USA work status in place
