Looking for someone with experience doing shop drawings of high end custom millwork... someone who makes auto-cad look easy... hoping to find someone who can do that and much more... heres the software list. It should give you some idea what Im looking for. Auto-cad, Photoshop, Excel, Word, Outlook. I need someone to jump in and help us push out shop drawings. That is the immediate need. Ill start the right person on an hourly wage based sub contractor pay structure. If there is a synergy between what you bring and what we need, it could develop into a full time, and potentially long term, career. If you want it to go there, this is what you need. You need to have energy, a great attitude, a strong work ethic, an eye for aesthetics, an unusually strong recognition and attention to detail, the ability to multitask with ease, jump between projects without loosing control, act as a personal assistant or a project lead with equal intensity and devotion, you need to be able to go head to head with anyone in your field, whatever that is, and give them a run for there money, you need to be talented by nature and developing and learning by choice. I need someone who can add to this list things I have not even thought of. But for now... I need shop drawing ready so fabrication can begin.
