The qualified candidate must have 5 to 20 years experience in construction management, scheduling, heavy civil and project controls in the NY/NJ area; working experience with P3, P3e, P5, P6 and claims. B.S. degree in Engineering or construction management or related field, strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills required.
