High-Profile Residential Interior Design Studio Seeks Senior Designer

Boutique, high-end residential interior design studio seeks Senior Designer/Project Manager.

Ideal candidate will have a four-year college degree and 7-10+ years experience in high-end residential firm in New York.

Responsibilities include:
Collaboration with principals in design schemes and presentations
Communication with clients and coordinating meetings
Design custom millwork, furniture and window treatments
Supervise design staff
Organize estimates, invoices, purchase orders, budgets, schedules, correspondence and drawings
Monitor construction; liaise with architects and contractors
Specify finishes, stone and tile, plumbing fixtures
Shop for antiques, furniture, fabrics, carpets, lighting, accessories
Coordinate installations and maintaining client inventory

Compensation is commensurate with experience but will range in the $80-110K range.
