MICOS USA is a start-up subsidiary of a German parent company. We design and manufacture micro and nano-positioning devices for research and industry. We are small (6 people in the USA, 60 in Germany) but growing rapidly. We have an immediate need for an intern or embedded software engineer to test our newest embedded motion controller (mostly fuctional testing). The position is located in Irvine, CA.
You should have the following background:
- You are familiar with embedded designs using processors such as Microchip PIC
- You are familair with USB, RS-232 and ASCII command interfaces
- You are a go-getter who strives to finish projects on time
Even better if:
- You know some motion control
