Design Consultant / Sales Person

Multi-Award Winning Remodeling Company is currently seeking an experienced Design Consultant / Sales Person who is self motivated, organized and possesses strong interpersonal skills. Our Design Build firm company is San Diego based with over 20 years of experience. We specialize in the remodeling of large scale renovations, additions, kitchens and baths. Our design process is as much our product as the exceptional craftsmanship and execution of the construction. We offer one source for all client remodeling needs.

This is not an entry-level position as you would be one of only three elite sales staff and your sale expectations are $ 1.5 to 2.5 million per year.

Basic Function: Sales / Estimate / Design / Structural residential remodeling projects.

â€Work with clients to build relationships, determine project scope & budget range and sell our process.
â€Work with our design department to develop initial & final designs.
â€Estimate jobs that result in profits on constant basis.
â€Prepares job estimates, proposals and quotations on computer on a timely basis.
â€Ability to review drawings and plans for residential construction.
â€Must have knowledge of residential construction and all facets of remodeling industry.
â€Interface directly with clients to resolve any issues that may occur.
â€Ability to support entire team.
â€Must be able to work within a structured system and be a team player
