Job Description:
The successful candidate will manage construction projects, including managing project budgets and meeting and interacting with the client. The Project Manager will also coordinate and oversee all field activities, including visiting the project sites to evaluate the work being performed by the field technicians and inspectors, review all project related paperwork, assist the radiation safety officer to maintain proper handling of the nuclear density gauges in conjunction with the company radiation safety plan, periodically inspect/review the equipment being used by the individual field technicians and inspectors, assist field staff in troubleshooting problems on projects, assist with the implementation of policies in relation to field operations, be thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the standard test methods for all of the tests performed by field technicians, maintain proper and complete files of field and laboratory data, reports, letters, and other pertinent project data.
Education:
B.S./B.A./M.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
Required Skills:
The desired candidate will have a bachelors or masters degree and a minimum of four years experience. The ideal candidate will bring local experience and familiarity with the local codes and practices. Candidate should be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
