U.S. CAD, Inc. is a leading Autodesk Value-Added Reseller and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology consultant in Southern California. Along with software sales, training and support, U.S. CAD also provides BIM modeling, production and coordination services to Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owner/Operators. We are currently looking for a full-time BIM Construction Coordinator to work onsite for a long term (8-12 month) construction project in Wilmington, CA. Candidate must have experience using both Revit Architecture and Autodesk Navisworks.
The BIM Coordinator’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to providing BIM modeling in Revit, file management between general contractor and sub-contractors, BIM model coordination and clash detection in Navisworks. Candidate will coordinate BIM models from multiple disciplines including Civil, Architectural, MEP, and Structural.
Candidate should be a self-starter and must have a professional appearance, a charismatic personality and a positive attitude, as well as a desire and passion to work in the design and construction industry.
This is a full-time position with standard U.S. CAD benefits including medical and 401k.
