Based in beautiful, sunny New Mexico we are an industry leader in heavy highway and civil construction. We are looking for an experienced Project Superintendent with strong experience in heavy civil construction. You will be responsible for construction schedules, subcontractor performance, labor costs, material costs, project quality, and profitable job completion.

What you will be doing!
- Highway and Road Construction, Design Build, Bridges and Structures, Underground, Pipe and Utilities, Concrete and Asphalt, Piling and Foundations, Earth Moving and Grading
- Manage crews, work schedules, labor costs, material costs
- Supervise all phases of construction
- Ensure timely profitable job completion
- Oversee project quality
- Establish the construction schedules, coordinates material ordering, and delivery for the project
What you need to have!
- Minimum 5-10 year experience
- Heavy highway experience
- Ability to manage projects in 5M 10M + range
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
